ATTENTION: Continental U.S. orders are shipped UPS, so please include a street address, not a P.O. Box. All American orders to P.O. Boxes must be sent by U.S. Postal Service and may cost up to double the UPS fees, plus add one to two weeks for delivery. Most money order and VISA/MasterCard UPS orders are shipped a day or two after we receive the order. Exceptions: (1) if an item is out of stock but expected very soon, the order will be held until it arrives. (2) When including new releases, the order will be held until all new items arrive, unless you specify that you want not-yet-released kits cancelled, or you include postage for more than one shipment. Release dates shown are tentative, production delays are very common. (3) Heavy business may at times delay shipping a few days. (4) Orders paid by personal or business check are held THREE WEEKS.

DHL SHIPPING IN CONTINENTAL US: 1 to 6 models - $7.50, add 50 cents per additional item. Count all kits, built kits, promos, diecasts and display cases to determine shipping cost, but don't count decals, foil or polish when they are included with a regular order. If ordered by themselves, include $7.50, regardless of quantity. No C.O.D.'s

HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO, FOREIGN, CANADA: Include sufficient amount for postage and insurance. If you pay too much we will refund the difference. The easiest way is to use your VISA/MasterCard, and we will charge your account the actual amount for shipping. There will be a $5.00 surcharge if you need an invoice. We are not responsible for deliveries to Mexico (surface or air) or Brazil (surface) because they are not insurable. WE MUST DECLARE FULL VALUE ON ALL ORDERS. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

THOROUGHLY INSPECT your packages upon arrival. If there is any damage, keep the box and packing material and contact us (for UPS orders) or the Post Office immediately. If UPS, they must return the damaged items to us. If you find missing or damaged parts in a new currently available kit, contact the MANUFACTURER, they will replace the part(s). DISCONTINUED FACTORY SEALED KITS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Returns: Unauthorized returns are not accepted. If a problem with a kit exists and you need to return it, you must call or write within 7 days after receiving your order. If return authorization is given, it must be shipped within 7 days with the authorization number shown on the box, and it must be received in exactly the same condition as when we sent it.

OLD UNBUILT KITS: It is advisable to call and reserve your choices, phone reservations are held 7 days. Each open kit has been carefully examined, piece by piece, and unless otherwise noted, is complete, unbuilt, and in excellent condition. Any imperfections or missing parts are indicated, except metal axles which may be missing in some kits. Although problems with glass are noted, it is seldom "perfect" in any kit. If you receive a model that is not in the condition described, call or write within 7 days. See bottom of previous page for return information. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE CONTENTS OF FACTORY SEALED KITS. Old models cannot be held to await the arrival of advance ordered kits.

AN ASTERISK (*) in front of a listing in the newer-kit parts of the catalog indicates that the kit has been discontinued my the manufacturer.

BUILT KITS: All are built completely stock except as noted, most engines are stock and complete, but some may not be. Some parts may have come unglued, plastic   axle pins may be broken. Firewall, radiator, shifter, exhaust, suspension parts etc.,  may be missing on some cars.
